Approve an Expense Report

For users that have the authority to approve requests

Find out how to manage the Expense Reports that users send.

You can approve or reject the Report and add text to communicate with the user.

To manage an expense report:

  • Click Required Actions

  • Click on the notification

  • Approve or reject the expense report

  • Add any comments related to the request (Optional)

Administrators and Power users will be able to manage the actual reimbursement of the Expense Report.
