All the requests that need to be approved can be examined in “Home”, by clicking the red counter “Actions needed”, in the upper part of the screen. Let’s choose the specific request we want to approve (or reject) from the list.

Once we have selected the request, we just have to approve (or reject) it, clicking “Approve” or “Reject” in the lower section.

We can also write a message for the user, using the form.

Done! The request will not be available anymore in “Actions needed”, if the procedure was successful. Accepted and denied requests, will remain available for any further modification into the archive and the Calendar.
