If you can't log in to Fluida, perform a few simple steps before resetting your password.
Check that the email and password entered are correct
You may have entered the password correctly: check that the email you are trying to access is the same as the one you used to register on Fluida.
If you still can't log in, you can reset your password directly from the app or desktop browser.
Reset a forgotten password
If you have lost/forgotten your Fluida password and are unable to log in, you can reset it by following these steps:
Open the Fluida app, or connect to app.fluida.io from a browser
Click "I forgot my password"
Enter the email with which you usually access Fluida and click "Next"
Enter the verification code that was just sent to you by email
Enter a new password and click "Confirm"
Change the existing password
