Your personal profile can contain a lot of information. Some can be used to facilitate contacts with your colleagues; other information is essential for the correct functioning of Fluida.
Let's see how to best set up your profile.
From the "Home" page, click on the icon of your profile (top right).
The "Notifications" section shows the main events regarding your company profile, such as requests to approve, messages received and more.
In the "Settings" section, you can customize:
the format of the date and time
how you receive notifications
consent to the processing of data for commercial purposes (Privacy)
These settings affect the experience of using your app, without changing your personal data.
To change your data, click on "Edit personal profile" instead.
This button allows you to assign a photograph to your profile.
Note: from a smartphone, it may be necessary to enable access to the camera and the photo gallery, in the privacy settings related to Fluida.
By clicking on the pencil symbol, you will be able to modify the information contained in each section.
This section contains information about your identity.
Note: apart from first name and last name, the sensitive data contained in this section will be visible only to administrators.
"Change your password"
You can change your password using the appropriate button.
However, to request an email change, you must send an email with your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Here you can enter telephone numbers, emails and other communication channels with which your colleagues can contact us.
"Residence address" and "Emergency contact"
This section contains your home address and contact information for people who should be contacted in case of an emergency.
Note: the data contained in this section is visible only to administrators.
