Fluida has three different plans, based on the number of features that are activated. The app is very flexible and allows you to change a plan that is already active at any time. Let's see how to activate the plans and how to manage them.
From the "Home" page, click on "Company" > "Settings" > "Subscription."
The settings contained in this section can only be managed by an "Administrator" account.
Click "Billing information," fill in the required fields and save. Payments to Fluida will be billed to the party you designate here.
Note: the billing information does not necessarily have to coincide with the company that you will manage through the app. The name you enter in the "Company name" field will be shown next to the company logo, in the app and in the browser.
Go back to "Company" > "Settings" > "Subscription" and click "Payment Information."
Credit card
If you have chosen to pay by credit card, you can enter the data in the appropriate fields.
Payment data is managed securely through the Stripe platform.
Direct debit (SEPA)
If you prefer to debit the current account, select "Direct debit" and enter the required data.
Note: Fluida does not save any data relating to the credit card or other payment methods entered.
