Choose the features and a billing cycle

User profiles: Administrators


Fluida offers different features. An administrator is free to choose the best ones for their company, thus limiting monthly expenses and using the app more efficiently.

You can pay for the activated features on a monthly or yearly basis; to calculate the total cost, you should multiply the cost of activated features by the number of users - i.e. the administrator, other company's users, advisors, and everyone you might invite to use the app.

💡 Paying on a yearly basis is less expensive than paying in monthly instalments.

At the present time, the available features are Attendance management, SMART clock-in/clock-out, Expense report, Company communication, Documents, Activity summary, Shift management.

Available plans

Essential plan

If you choose one feature, you will activate the Essential plan.

Standard plan

If you choose 2 or 3 features, you will activate the Standard plan.

Plus plan

If you choose from 4 to 7 features, you will activate the Plus plan.

N.B.: some free features (data export, company reports, support via email and chat) are always active, regardless of the plan you choose.
