What is the Voxloud extension
Voxloud is an extension of the virtual switchboard of the same name that allows you to manage phone calls, faxes, voicemail and more from anywhere, via the cloud, and without the need for additional hardware. By activating the extension, colleagues who have added their Voxloud number to their profile can be called directly from the Fluida app.

Configure the extension
Before getting started check that:
You have activated the Voxloud extension.
You are already a Voxloud customer.
You have an Administrator profile or a Power User profile.
Enter the Voxloud API Key
Go to Company > Settings > Extensions > Voxloud.
Enter theAPI Key provided by Voxloud in the provided field.
Select Save to confirm.
Add Voxloud numbers on Fluida
Users can independently enter their Voxloud phone number by going to their profile settings. To enter a Voxloud phone number:
Select the icon of your profile.
Select Edit profile.
Open the Communications section.
Enter your Voxloud number in the field of the same name.
Select Save.
It is now possible to call users who have added their Voxloud number directly from Fluida. Tap the arrow next to the email icon, and then the Voxloud number to initiate a call. From smartphones, the number will appear in the contacts area.
