How to export an Expense Report in Excel and PDF format

When you submit an Expense Report and it is approved, you can save it as an Excel or PDF file.

From the "Home" page, scroll down to the "Expense Report" section. If the Expense Report you want to export is already visible, you can select it directly. Otherwise, click "See All" and select the Expense Report you want to export from the list.

After selecting the Expense Report to export, click "Export" at the bottom of the screen. Select a format (Excel or PDF) and save the file to your device.

The exported files will look similar to the following examples:

  • PDF

Click on the image to download an example of an expense report as a PDF.

  • Excel

Click on the image to download an example of an expense report as an Excel document.
