Users who work remotely, if authorized, can timestamp clocking in and out from their smartphone.

The administrators can decide, for each colleague, to authorize the timestamp from any area outside the company, or only in previously enabled areas.

For example, you can decide to accept the timestamp only if the worker is in an area close to his or her home, or in another workspace agreed upon with the company.

The enabled area has a tolerance of 500 meters, as the location accuracy may vary according to external conditions (for example, inside buildings where GPS is not detected, the location takes place via 4G triangulation).

IMPORTANT: For privacy reasons, the position and geographical coordinates of the worker are never saved. The check runs on the worker's device as he or she timestamps clocking in, with no data sent to the server.
