If your workplace uses NFC badges and you’ve been assigned one, simply tap your badge on the Station. Fluida will record your clock-in and certify your presence at an authorized work location.
Record a certified clock-in with your NFC badge
Before you start:
Make sure you have your NFC badge with you.
Stand near the Station at your assigned workplace.
Ensure the Station is displaying the clock-in screen (showing the current time, company logo, and location).
To record a certified clock-in via NFC badge:
Check that the Kiosk by Fluida app is open on the Station and showing the clock-in screen.
Tap your NFC badge just below the Fluida Station monitor. If your company uses an Android device as a clocking station, hold the badge against the screen.
Wait for the confirmation sound and for your name to appear on the screen.
Your clock-in is now recorded. You can view it on your Home screen (under the current time), in your clock-in reports, and on your calendar (if the Attendance Management is enabled).
💡 The screen normally shows your name, avatar, time, and direction (In/Out), but your company may have enabled privacy settings to hide this information.
💡 The confirmation screen closes automatically after a few seconds, even if you don't tap Finish or Back to start, leaving the Station ready for the next person.
Troubleshooting
I forgot to clock in
If you forget to record a start time, end time, or presence, you can manually add a non-certified clock-in later.
Can I use both a badge and a smartphone for certified clock-ins?
To prevent misuse, users are limited to one certified method. If you forget your badge or it isn't working, you can always enter a non-certified clock-in.
I see an error message on the Station or it isn't working correctly

What happens if I clock in this morning but forgot to clock out last night?
To prevent the system from mistaking today’s start for yesterday’s finish, Fluida automatically corrects the direction and records it as a new clock-in.
This happens only if:
You are required to clock in at least twice a day (start and end of shift).
More than 14 hours have passed since yesterday’s start time and it is now a new day.
This keeps your attendance records organized. However, you will still need to manually add the missing clock-out for the previous day to complete your records.
