If Fluida reports an anomaly due to undetected timestamps, before this guide, we recommend that you read the articles on how to clock in and out with Fluida and attendance rules.

To find out how to fix the anomalies, read the following steps.

💡 You can quickly see all the anomalies to be corrected by selecting the necessary Actions.

Unjustified absence

If you have not timestamped clocking in or entered an absence justification within your working hours, Fluida reports the anomaly as a "non-justified absence."

  • To correct the anomaly, select the Calendar and the day that contains the anomaly.

  • Click the drop-down menu below the anomaly notification.
    You can correct this in two ways:

    • by selecting a justification that explains the absence;

    • by selecting Missing Timestamps (you will be prompted to manually enter the timestamps).

  • Click on the red check 🗹 to complete the operation.

Unexpected attendance

If you timestamped clocking in early or left late, Fluida reports the "Unexpected attendance" anomaly.

  • To correct the anomaly, select the Calendar and the day that contains the anomaly.

  • Click the drop-down menu below the anomaly notification.
    You can correct this in two ways:

    • by selecting Overtime;

    • by selecting Ignore anomaly (Administrators and Power Users only).

  • Click on the red check 🗹 to complete the operation.

Not detected

If you have entered a justification regarding your attendance (e.g., overtime) but you have not timestamped clocking in or out, Fluida generates a "Not detected" anomaly.

  • To correct the anomaly, select the Calendar and the day that contains the anomaly.

  • Click the drop-down menu below the anomaly notification.
    You can correct this in two ways:

    • by selecting Missing Timestamps (you will be prompted to manually enter the timestamps);

    • by deleting the overtime;

    • by keeping the overtime (Administrators and Power Users only).

  • Click on the red check 🗹 to complete the operation.
