The Administrator or Power User acting as an approver manages the justifications entered by the users.

It is possible for a justification to "expire," for example, if a user has requested a permission for a particular day and the justification is not approved or rejected by that day.

Fluida allows you to export monthly and annual attendance data. Expired justifications, which have not been managed until the time of export, are always recorded as approved.
