By enabling reconciliation, Fluida compares the clock-ins recorded by workers with the schedules they are expected to follow based on their assigned shifts. It then flags any anomalies, such as unscheduled attendance or absences that require justification.
Configuring rounding rules (rebate, deferral, break deferral and overtime) allows for better management of clock-ins in specific cases, preventing the system from needing too many manual corrections.
Enable reconciliation
Before you begin:
The Clock-in clock-out and Attendance Management features must be active for your company.
You must have an Administrator or Power User profile.
To activate reconciliation:
Go to Company > Settings > Attendance Management.
Click on Rounding.
Click on Activate.
Reconciliation is now enabled. Fluida will now verify that workers' clock-ins match their assigned shifts and report any absences that need to be justified.
To limit the generation of "unjustified absence" anomalies, you can set "grace period" minutes (rebated), define flexibility windows for the start/end of shifts and lunch breaks (deferral and break deferral), or enable automatic detection of unscheduled work (overtime) by configuring the default rounding rules.
