The Attendance Management feature in Fluida helps you organize daily operations and collect all the data needed for payroll. With this tool, companies can assign shift calendars to every employee, ensuring everyone knows exactly when and where they need to work.
The module also allows users to request time off, sick leave, personal leave, overtime, and remote work directly on the calendar, updating their scheduled hours in real time. As a consequence, at the end of the month, you’ll have a precise and complete attendance summary ready to send to your payroll provider for processing.
Activate the Attendance management feature
Before you begin:
Make sure you have Administrator or Power User permissions.
To enable the feature:
Go to Company > Settings.
Select Attendance Management.
Click the toggle to enable the feature.
The feature is now active. You should now proceed with the configuration to populate calendars and allow users to report their absences and extra hours.
💡 Tip: If your company also uses the Clock-in clock-out feature, remember to enable "reconciliation" and "attendance rules" during setup. This allows the system to automatically highlight any discrepancies between actual clock-ins and scheduled shifts at the end of each day.
