How can I add a justification on behalf of an employee?

Users with Power User or Admin permissions have the ability to insert a justification inside the Calendar, on behalf of another user. This feature comes in handy especially at the end of the month, where checks may show the lack of a justification or a timestamp.

Let's see how we can correct a missing request / timestamp:

  • First things first, let's click on the "+" button at the bottom of the Homepage.
  • Then click on the top selection bar and choose the user
  • Select the justification category
  • Then add the request as if it was a standard justification

PS: If you're not the approver of this user, a notification will be sent to both the selected user and to his approver.
