Activating the Clock-in clock-out feature

The Clock-in clock-out feature allows you to track attendance by adding certified or manual clock-ins. These clock-ins are then automatically visible in employee calendars and attendance reports.

Once enabled, you can set specific clocking rules. These define how employees log their time when working on-site or remotely, which locations are authorized, and how many daily clock-ins are expected. While you can set company-wide defaults, these rules can also be customized for individual users as needed.

Activate the Clock-in clock-out feature

Before you begin:

  • You must have Administrator or Power User permissions.

  1. Go to Company > Settings.

  2. Select Clock-in clock-out.

  3. Click the toggle to enable the feature.

  4. Click Save to confirm.

The feature is now active. On this same page, you can configure your company clocking rules. These settings will automatically apply to all new users added to the company from now on.

💡 You can also rent physical clock-in hardware (Fluida Spot or Fluida Station) by clicking Add devices.
