Administrators and Power Users can invite new users to join their company, allowing them to use the features included in the Fluida subscription plan.
💡 Note: You can modify user settings at any time according to your needs.
Add a new user
Before you begin:
You must have an Administrator or Power User profile.
The user you want to add is not currently deactivated (if they are, simply reactivate them to restore their access to the company environment on Fluida).
To invite a user to join the company on Fluida:
Go to Company > Settings > Users.
Select Add user.
Enter the name and surnace of the person you wish to invite.
Enter the email address where the invitation should be sent.
💡 The Login without email extension allows you to send the invitation via SMS.
Configure the remaining user settings. Click on Advanced options to access all settings.
Select Add to confirm.
The invitation has been sent to the specified email or phone number. Once the invitation is accepted, the user will be active and able to use Fluida.
💡 Activating a person may result in an automatic increase in the number of users included in your subscription plan. Verify and manage your user count to ensure it matches the number of actually active users by going to Company > Settings > Subscription > HR Suite.
Troubleshooting: What could go wrong?
I added a person, but I don't see them anywhere
Until the user accepts the invitation, they will only appear in the Users section with their name in light gray. Only after accepting the invitation will the user be visible in the Users section, the People section, and the rest of the app.
When I click "Add person," I cannot proceed
Ensure that you have filled in all the required fields.
When I click "Add person," I receive the message: "Inviting a new user may result in a change in subscription costs"
Once the user accepts the invitation and becomes active, the number of active users may exceed the number provided for in your current plan. In this case, the plan's user limit will be automatically updated to match the active users, potentially increasing the subscription cost. This pop-up warns you of this possibility. If you click "Add," you can proceed with the invitation. Any changes to the subscription cost will only occur after the invitation has been accepted. Read more here.
Can I add a user without them having to accept an invitation?
No. The worker must accept the invitation to join the company in order to gain access to the platform and use all the Fluida features included in the subscription plan.
Can I cancel an invitation?
Yes. You can cancel an invitation if it has not yet been accepted by going to Company > Settings > Users. Here, you will see both active users and "pending" users (highlighted in light gray). Click on the user in question and click Delete to cancel the invitation.
