Fluida's calendar, available with the Attendance management feature, offers several views. For instance, the monthly view shows a day-by-day summary for a single person, making it the ideal starting point to review your own work month or someone else's.
It serves different purposes depending on your role:
For employees: Track monthly progress, identify days with anomalies, check leaves, time off, and other logged events, view monthly counter totals, and download your timesheet.
For admins and authorized users: Get an overview of a specific person's month, quickly spot days that require attention, and access single-day details to take action.
To access the monthly view, select Calendar from the Fluida side menu to open the weekly view. Click People (next to Team) to switch to your monthly calendar.
💡 You can always access your own calendar. Access to another person's calendar depends on your permissions.
What the monthly calendar contains
The monthly calendar is organized into the following sections.
1. Display options
Selecting a person
The top of the page displays the name of the person whose calendar you are viewing. By default, it shows your own calendar.
Click the name to open a list of all people whose calendars you have permission to view. Each person is displayed with their photo, name, and role, sorted alphabetically by last name. Select a person to view their monthly calendar.
To quickly find someone, you can:
Search by name — use the search bar at the top of the panel.
TEAM filter — opens a panel listing company teams (if created). Select one or more teams and tap Apply to show only people in those teams.
WORKPLACES filter — opens a panel listing company locations. Select one or more locations and tap Apply to show only people assigned to those locations as their primary location.
Time navigation
Below the person's name, you'll find navigation controls:
Today — jumps back to the current month.
Displayed month — shows the selected month and year in the center (e.g., July 2026).
‹ and › arrows — move to the previous or next month.
2. The monthly grid
The main calendar area shows a grid with the weeks of the month, laid out in seven columns (Monday to Sunday). Each row represents a week and displays weekly hours and reconciliation information on the right.
Each cell shows a daily summary, with background colors providing an at-a-glance view of shifts and schedule adjustments. If time balancing is enabled, days with detected anomalies show a ! icon on an orange background to flag required actions.
💡 Click any cell to open the daily calendar and view full details for that day.
At the bottom of the grid, click the Legend ℹ button (What do these colors mean?) to open a panel explaining all cell colors and visual indicators.
3. Monthly summary
Below the grid, the Monthly summary section shows time-off counters used month-to-date (for ongoing months), categorized. Click a counter to open a list of all requests and reports for that category, complete with filters for time-off category, request status, and year.
Below the counters, the Download timesheet button lets you export the monthly summary:
With the Attendance management features only, you get an Excel export of the month's attendance data.
With the Clock-in clock-out features also active, you get an Excel export of both attendance and clock-in data.
💡 If the Simplified visualization mode is enabled, this option may not be available.
