If your company uses the Attendance management feature, your ability to view attendance calendars in Fluida depends on two factors:
Your company role (Standard user, Team leader, Approver, Subsidiary manager, Power user / Administrator)
Your company's privacy level (Standard, High, Maximum)
Viewing your own calendar
You can always view your own attendance calendar, regardless of your role or your company's privacy level.
Viewing someone else's calendar
What you can see on other people's calendars depends on your role and the company's privacy level. Here is how it works for each role:
Standard user
Standard privacy: You can view calendars for everyone active in the company.
High or Maximum privacy: You can only view your own calendar.
Approver
Standard privacy: You can view calendars for everyone active in the company.
High or Maximum privacy: You can only view calendars for people whose requests you approve.
Team leader
Standard privacy: You can view calendars for everyone active in the company.
High or Maximum privacy: You can only view calendars for people in the teams you manage.
Subsidiary manager
Standard privacy: You can view calendars for everyone active in the company.
High or Maximum privacy: You can only view calendars for people assigned to one of your managed locations as their primary location.
Power User / Administrator
Regardless of the privacy level, you can always view calendars for everyone active in the company.
