If needed, Administrators and Power Users can edit or delete an automatic anomaly correction rule. This allows you to update its settings (such as the type of justification, maximum duration, or users involved) or stop the automatic justification from being applied to future anomalies.
Edit an automatic anomaly resolution rule
Before you begin, make sure:
You have an Administrator or Power User profile.
To edit a rule:
Go to Company > Settings > Attendance management.
Click on Automatic anomaly resolution.
Select the rule you want to modify.
Click Edit.
Update the desired settings.
Click Save to confirm.
The rule has been updated and will apply to the attendance calendars of the chosen users starting the next day.
Delete an automatic anomaly resolution rule
Before you begin, make sure:
You have an Administrator or Power User profile.
To delete a rule:
Go to Company > Settings > Attendance management.
Click on Automatic anomaly resolution.
Select the rule you want to remove.
Click Delete.
The rule has been deleted. If it was a specific rule assigned only to certain people, and a company-wide rule already exists, the company-wide rule will now apply to those users as well.
